Terms of Use

Important: These terms are a launch draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before large-scale public promotion.

1. Eligibility and membership

SisterScope is intended for adults age 18 or older who meet the platform's membership criteria. Applications may be approved, declined, suspended, or revoked under the Community Guidelines. Approval does not guarantee permanent access.

2. Subscription

Approved members may purchase a recurring SisterScope membership for $5.99 per month. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals, subject to the billing terms shown at checkout.

3. User-generated content

Members are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with content they submit. SisterScope does not independently verify or endorse member allegations. Members may not post content they know is false, defamatory, threatening, unlawfully harassing, privacy-invasive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by the Community Guidelines.

4. Privacy and confidentiality

Members must not screenshot, republish, sell, distribute, or use private community content to harass another person. Anonymous-to-members posts remain attributable to an account for authorized moderation and safety purposes.

5. Moderation

SisterScope may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, respond to valid legal process, or investigate abuse. Moderation decisions may be made without advance notice where appropriate.

6. Disputes about content

A person who is the subject of a post may submit a content-review request through the SisterScope dispute form. Submission does not guarantee removal. SisterScope may request additional information before acting.

7. Prohibited conduct

Prohibited conduct includes doxxing, threats, stalking, impersonation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, unlawful discrimination or harassment, posting private addresses or phone numbers, evading a ban, coordinated abuse, fraudulent payment activity, and knowingly false factual claims.

8. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Notify SisterScope promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Service availability

SisterScope may change, suspend, or discontinue features. No online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security.

10. Contact and legal review

Before public launch at scale, SisterScope should publish a dedicated business contact and have these Terms reviewed for applicable federal and state law.
